About Molly

Eighteen years of selling homes in Champaign County.

I can tell the difference between a negotiation problem and a family that just needs a day to think.

I've sold real estate in Champaign County for 18 years and lived here for almost 25. I raised three kids here, so I know the school calendar, the commute to Carle, and which streets hand out the full-size candy bars.

I also own long-term and short-term rentals, so I look at a house the way the appraiser and the next buyer will. That's useful when you're selling, and even more useful when you're deciding what to buy next.

I also have a background in marriage and family therapy. Moving is one of the most stressful things a family goes through, and that training shows up in how I run a sale: calm, organized, and nobody left guessing about what happens next.
